Oh the Joy when your plan works and at the end of the day you have success.
This past weekend at a local Auction here in Gallatin Tennessee, the plan worked and as Hannibal Smith said in the A-Team, "I love it when a plan comes together." In this case, it came together for several clients and worked to perfection. Several showed up with hopes and dreams, but only those with a plan actually went home with what they came for. Here are a few takeaways that having a plan for the Auction as a buyer helped achieve Success.
1. The Buyers had confidence! There was absolutely no guess work in how or when they would bid. They came in with a plan and moved forward accordingly. Because they had a plan, they were able to bid with confidence, and stop bidding with that same confidence as well. IN other words, showing up with a written plan for the auction, with plan A, B and C allowed the buyers to not get caught up in the emotion of it all.
2. It cut out the guess work. Knowing what they wanted and how much they were willing to pay, it completely cut out any guess work as to how they would move forward. Their stomachs were not all knotted up because they already knew what they were going to do.
3. In the End, everyone Won! The sellers hired the auctioneer and they had a good day. They buyers came to buy Real Estate, and the ones with a plan that was backed with professional market knowledge, achieved their desired results.
