At Priority One we believe there is a better way and that is why we have created the Priority One Way of Selling Real Estate! It is a Full Service for a Fair Price model that we believe is an appropriate fee based on your Real Estate needs. 

The Priority One Way is aimed at educating our clients on their options in the Real Estate Market. There are no fees set in stone, which means everything is open for discussion. When you have these open discussions, you can save THOUSANDS of dollars when selling your largest investment, your home.

In developing the Priority One Way of selling your Real Estate, we have created Three Packages from which you can choose:

1. The Bronze: In this package, the Seller chooses to pay $0 up front and pay a traditional 3% commission to the listing agent at closing. In this package, we will share with the seller what their options are for paying a Buyers Agent at closing, potentially saving them thousands of dollars. There is a 120 day listing minimum with this option, allowing adequate time to effectively market and sell the home. This commission is based on the final sales price of the home. Like its name implies, it is the basic and "Traditional Real Estate Package." 

2. The Gold: In this package, the Seller chooses to pay a $300 non refundable listing fee which will reduce their total listing commission to 2%. At closing, the $300 will be deducted from the overall 2% commission. This commission is based off the original listing price, not the sales price. For example, on a $300,000 home, this is an overall savings of $3,000 to the seller just on the listing side alone. Seller will also be made aware of their options regarding how much they can choose to pay to the Buyer's Agent at closing, potentially saving them thousands more. Your $300 pays for a 60 day listing in our hot market.  

3. The Platinum: This is our most popular package. In the Platinum, the Seller chooses to pay only a 1% overall listing commission by paying 30% (minimum $500) of the 1% commission at listing (non-refundable) and this 30% is reduced from the overall listing agent's commission at closing. This commission is based on the original listing price, not the sales price. For example, on a $300,000 home, this is an overall savings of $6,000 to the seller just on the listing side alone. Seller will also be made aware of their options regarding how much they can choose to pay to the Buyer's Agent at closing, potentially saving them thousands more. With this package you are securing a 90 day listing. 

If a listing for some reason goes beyond the listing term, the Seller has the right to continue the listing by paying $100 for each additional 30 day listing period. This $100 is not a part of the commission but is a fee paid to keep the house listed at the reduced commission rate. (This only applies to the Gold and Platinum packages.)

What do you get in return? The Full Real Estate Services you have come to expect. Your property will have access to the largest Real Estate promotional site in the world, the MLS. You will recieve 25 photos of your listing posted on the MLS. Your listing will automatically be put in front of the millions of buyers who are daily searching the internet for their next home. Weekly post, including videos, will be done on your home on social media outlets until it is under contract. All the Real Estate Services you have come to expect for a Fair Price.
